Terms & Conditions — Guest Author Program
1. Content Ownership & License: By submitting a guest post, you confirm that the content is original and written by you. You retain authorship credit. However, you grant TravelTech a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, edit, format, and promote your content across its platform, social media channels, newsletters, and partner networks. TravelTech may make editorial adjustments for grammar, formatting, SEO optimization, clarity, and platform consistency.
2. Content Modification: TravelTech reserves the right to edit, reformat, update, or supplement your submitted content to improve readability, SEO performance, factual accuracy, or user experience. Your authorship byline will be retained. In case of significant changes, we will attempt to notify you, though this is not guaranteed.
3. Trip Promotion: TravelTech may place contextual links, affiliate recommendations, or promotions for its own travel packages and group trips adjacent to or within published guest posts. This does not imply author endorsement of those trips.
4. Commercial Content: Organic brand/product mentions are allowed for Adventure Seeker tier (300+ points) and above, subject to editorial approval. Dedicated promotional content (brand stories, sponsored reviews, product campaigns) is available as a paid service and subject to a separate commercial agreement.
5. Reward Points: 50 reward points are awarded per approved story. Points have no cash value. Free trip eligibility for Explorer Elite and Travel Legend tiers is subject to availability and TravelTech's discretion. TravelTech reserves the right to modify the points system at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Content Removal: TravelTech reserves the right to unpublish any content that is found to be plagiarized, factually inaccurate, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of these terms — with or without prior notice.
7. Accuracy: Authors are responsible for the factual accuracy of their submissions. TravelTech is not liable for outdated prices, closed venues, or changed conditions described in published stories.
8. No Guarantee of Publication: Submitting a story does not guarantee it will be published. Our editorial team may reject submissions that do not meet quality standards.

10. Images & Copyright: You must own the rights to all images, videos, and other media submitted with your article, or have permission to use them. TravelTech is not responsible for copyright violations caused by user-submitted content.
11. External Links: All external links are subject to editorial review. TravelTech may edit, remove, or add nofollow or sponsored attributes where appropriate to maintain content quality and search engine compliance.
12. Author Profile: Authors may include a short biography, profile image, and approved social media or website links. TravelTech reserves the right to edit profile information for consistency and quality.
13. Duplicate Content: Articles should not be published elsewhere before appearing on TravelTech. If the same content is later published on another platform, TravelTech may remove or de-index the article to protect search engine quality.
14. Community Standards: Content containing hate speech, discrimination, misinformation, illegal activities, explicit material, or abusive language will not be accepted and may result in account restrictions.
15. Editorial Disclaimer: Opinions expressed in guest posts belong solely to the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of TravelTech.
16. Account Suspension: TravelTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate contributor accounts involved in plagiarism, fraudulent activities, repeated policy violations, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
